These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the rasa4 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using rasa4, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rasa4 ("rasa4", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the rasa4 website at rasa4.app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Defined terms appear in bold throughout this document.

The rasa4 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. rasa4 enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any time to verify a Player's age. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Age Restriction: You must be 21 years of age or older to register and play on rasa4. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
rasa4 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. Players must ensure that their access to and use of the Platform does not violate the laws of their jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their location before registering an account or placing any wager. rasa4 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; that you are not a professional sports player, referee, official, or agent in any sport on which rasa4 accepts bets; and that you are not an employee, contractor, or close associate of rasa4 or any of its technology or game-content partners.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonus amounts. To access real-money betting and gaming services on rasa4, you must complete the registration process in full. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and preferred local bank account or e-wallet details. rasa4 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rasa4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify rasa4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
rasa4 applies a tiered KYC process in line with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) commitments. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or high-value bonuses are released:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a verification request may result in temporary withdrawal suspension until documentation is received. rasa4 will never request documents via unofficial channels — all KYC communications originate from [email protected] only.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules; withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet after completion of applicable KYC checks.
rasa4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rasa4 does not currently accept deposits via international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers unless explicitly stated in a specific promotional announcement.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your rasa4 wallet in real-time under normal operating conditions. rasa4 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems, national holidays, system maintenance windows, or force majeure events. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may be subject to change. rasa4 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests to registered Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others listed above) are processed within an average of five (5) minutes during staffed hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside staffed hours are queued and processed at the start of the next staffed period. rasa4 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving bank's internal processing schedules.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Players must not use the rasa4 Platform as a payment processing mechanism. Depositing funds with no intent to wager, or depositing and immediately withdrawing without meaningful engagement with the Platform's games or sportsbook, may be treated as potential money-laundering activity. rasa4 reserves the right to suspend accounts and report such activity to the relevant authorities where required by its AML obligations.
rasa4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload offers, cashback programs, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total wager amount that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Unless stated otherwise:
rasa4 maintains a strict policy against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome while meeting wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors that result in unauthorized bonus credits. rasa4 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at rasa4's sole discretion.
rasa4 runs dedicated seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural calendar events including Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), Ramadhan, and the Independence Day period around 17 August. Specific dates, eligibility criteria, and bonus amounts for seasonal promotions are announced at least 72 hours before the promotion commences. rasa4 is not obligated to run any specific seasonal promotion and reserves the right to modify or withdraw any active promotion with reasonable notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rasa4 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
rasa4 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, DDoS attacks, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. rasa4 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform downtime, whether or not advance notice was provided.
All betting and gaming on rasa4 involves financial risk. By placing wagers on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. rasa4's liability to any Player for losses arising from betting or gaming activity is limited solely to the return of the wager amount in cases where rasa4 is proven to have acted negligently or in breach of this Agreement. rasa4 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Casino, slot, and specialty game content is provided by third-party studios. rasa4 is not the manufacturer or operator of this game software and is not liable for game-specific technical faults that originate within the studio's system. In the event of a confirmed studio-side fault, rasa4 will liaise with the provider on the Player's behalf and apply the resolution determined by the provider's own dispute process.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, rasa4's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the calendar month in which the incident occurred, up to a maximum of Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah).
rasa4 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles include:
rasa4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material amendments (including typographic corrections, clarifications, and reorganization of existing content) may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Your final wallet balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to any applicable KYC requirements.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rasa4 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact rasa4's customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. rasa4 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within ten (10) business days of receipt of a written complaint.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body designated by rasa4 at the time of the dispute. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines that one party has acted in bad faith. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve any disputes with rasa4 on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding against rasa4.
